DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Duluth Police have a suspect in custody following shots fired out of a vehicle window on Wednesday.
Investigators in the area for an unrelated incident heard gunshots and one observed the suspect firing at the intersection of Baylis Street and Pecan Avenue.
Other members of the Duluth Police Department joined the officer in a high risk vehicle stop at 6th Avenue East and 4th Street.
An adult male in the vehicle was arrested and the weapon involved in the shooting was recovered.
Six shell casings were found at the site of the incident and no injuries were reported.
Police are continuing their investigation.
