DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The 2021 road construction season is already underway in northeastern Minnesota.
In District One, the Minnesota Department of Transportation has 28 new and carryover projects that include 112 miles of pavement resurfacing, three bridge replacements and the 343 million dollar, multi-year reconstruction of the Twin Ports Interchange in Duluth.
Drivers are reminded to slow down and pay attention in the construction zones and watch for lane closures and detours throughout the region from now through October.
