ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) – The Minnesota seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for March was 4.2 percent.
The previous month saw Minnesota unemployment at 4.4%.
The Department of Employment and Economic Development Commissioner Steve Grove says job growth in the state is at the highest levels since the beginning of the COVID pandemic.
The over the year employment change in the Duluth-Superior Metropolitan Statistical Area was down by 5.6 percent.
Over the year job losses were greatest in the Leisure and Hospitality Sector.
The Wisconsin unemployment rate remained steady at 3.8 percent in March.
