DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Duluth Police have arrested two more suspects in the fatal shooting incident last month.
On Thursday afternoon a 17 year old male and a 36 year old man were arrested on several charges including the reckless use of a firearm for shooting at the fleeing homicide suspect during the incident.
Several handguns and controlled substances were found during the separate arrests on Thursday.
Patrick Battees was arrested shortly after the fatal shooting of Juamada Anderson Jr. and police are still looking for a final suspect in the incident that occurred in the 100 block of East 3rd Street on May 22nd.
