DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – A mixed bag of precipitation will likely create some slippery road conditions in parts of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin this weekend.
The National Weather Service Office in Duluth has issued a Winter Storm Watch for Saturday afternoon through late Saturday night.
Up to four inches of snow and ice accumulations of a quarter inch is possible in the region and precipitation could be heavy on Saturday evening.
More snow is possible up the north shore of Lake Superior.
Gusty northeast winds are also expected.
