DULUTH, MN (CBS-3) – A couple of winning lottery tickets were sold in northeast Minnesota.
One Powerball ticket purchased in Duluth for the June 25th drawing matched the first five numbers drawn to win $1 million.
A separate ticket purchased in Grand Marais matched four of the first five numbers plus the Powerball to win $50,000.
The $1 million ticket was purchased at the Holiday station located at 2432 London Road in Duluth. The gas station will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the $1 million winning ticket.
The $50,000 winning ticket in Grand Marais was sold at Marathon, located at 104 E. Highway 61 in Grand Marais.
The June 25 winning Powerball numbers: 6-12-20-27-32 and Powerball 4.
Unless the winners choose to opt-in, their name and city will not be released.
No one won the jackpot, so the June 27 Powerball jackpot grew to an estimated $346 million.
