CLOQUET, MN (CBS-3) – Police are investigating after a deadly motorcycle versus a small SUV crash Monday night in Cloquet.
According to Cloquet Police, the crash happened around 11:05 p.m. near Carlton Avenue and 22nd Street in Cloquet.
When police arrived, they determined a 26-year-old man who had been driving the motorcycle had serious injuries and died later at a hospital.
Police say a 19-year-old Duluth man driving the SUV is cooperating with the investigation into the crash.
In a news release Tuesday, police say impairment is not believed to be a factor.
Authorities have not yet identified the victim or the driver of the SUV.
The Minnesota State Patrol is also investigating.
