DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Again this year, the Duluth Police Department will participate in the Pink Patch Project to raise awareness and funds for the American Cancer Society.
Members of the Police Department will be wearing pink commemorative patches which are also on sale to the public during October for ten dollars.
The patches can be purchased online or in the lobby of the Police Department at 2030 North Arlington Avenue.
All the proceeds go to the fight against all cancers.
Last year, the department raised over 2800 dollars during the month long event.
