SOLWAY TOWNSHIP, MN (KDAL) – Multiple area fire departments responded to a house fire on the Morris Thomas Road in Solway Township late Tuesday night.
The homeowner discovered smoke and fire in a bedroom of the home and evacuated safely.
The resident then drove to a nearby address to call for help.
Seven departments fought the blaze in the single level home but it was ultimately considered a total loss.
The cause of the fire is unknown and under investigation.
