DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The 36 year old suspect in a shooting in Duluth on Saturday was arrested in Columbia Heights on Tuesday.
The shooting, in the 100 block of East 3rd Street, injured a 59 year old bystander who was treated and released at a hospital.
The suspect, identified as Mikiyel Patton, was taken into custody without incident by the U-S Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force.
He faces several charges including being a felon in possession of a firearm, reckless discharge of a firearm and second degree assault.
