HIBBING, MN (KDAL) – A passenger on a side by side type ATV was killed Saturday when hit in the chest by a tree branch.
The accident occurred on a designated ATV trail south of Hibbing.
The victim was a 38 year old woman from Meadowlands who died at the hospital in Hibbing.
The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident and says there was no indication of alcohol use or excessive speed.
