DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs and a group called WreathsForTheFallen.org will be honoring veterans buried in the Duluth Veterans Cemetery on Saturday (12/16).
A ceremony begins at 11 a-m followed by volunteers placing holiday wreaths at the final resting place of area veterans and family members. The cemetery is located just northwest of Duluth on Highway 53 in Saginaw.

The Duluth Veterans Cemetery is one of four in Minnesota owned and operated by the state’s Department of Veterans Affairs and was opened in 2018.
