DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Public Works engineers with St. Louis County are looking to get public input on a couple of upcoming road projects in Duluth.
Online surveys have been created to allow participants to rate various configuration options for the 40th Avenue West Corridor Project that includes the intersection with Grand Avenue and also the Piedmont Avenue-24th Avenue West intersection project.
The survey for the 40th Avenue West project includes options for driving lanes, parking and pedestrian accommodations. Construction on that project will take place in 2026.
The Piedmont-24th Avenue West survey asks participants to rate various options that range from doing nothing to adding a variety of traffic controls and intersection reconfigurations. That work will be done when the ongoing Twin Ports Interchange Project is complete.
The surveys can be accessed at stlouiscountymn.gov/40th-ave-w-corridor-study and stlouiscountymn.gov/piedmont-ave-study.
