DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Work is set to begin Monday on Highway 23 in Duluth as the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) replaces the Gogebic Creek culvert near Morgan Park.
Motorists can expect lane closures on Monday with traffic switched to a single lane head to head travel on Tuesday.
MnDOT will also start a two year project on I-35 near Hinckley for bridge replacement and resurfacing on Monday.
Traffic will be moved to the southbound lanes and delays can be expected especially during peak weekend travel times.
