DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – A man who damaged property and gained access to an apartment building on East 2nd Street in Duluth Tuesday afternoon has been arrested.
Duluth Police used a drone to help find the man inside the building.
The 47 year old suspect, armed with a box cutter, was located in a hallway and was uncooperative. Officers attempted to have the man surrender peacefully, but were unsuccessful.
Eventually they used less than lethal options to detain him.
He was taken to a hospital and then to the St. Louis County Jail.
Charges of 1st degree burglary and felony obstructing the legal process are pending.
