DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The National Weather Service Office in Duluth has issued a Cold Weather Advisory for most of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin for Wednesday night into Thursday. Temperatures will drop through the day on Wednesday to around zero by afternoon and 11 below zero by early Thursday morning.
